Hello! My name is Jaz. I live in California. I am a married woman and gave birth to a beautiful daughter not too long ago. I am a pharmacist by education. I am a travel enthusiast and love to cook healthy meals. Doing yoga and gym is my “me” time. I am a very spiritual and family oriented person.
My blogging is all about mindful living. I have recently made some changes in my lifestyle which I’ll be sharing in my blogs that has helped me in becoming a mindful person. “Mindfulness is staying in the present moment with all our presence, living that moment with full awareness of our feelings, thoughts and surrounding atmosphere; and accepting the life as it is without any judgements”. Mindfulness can be practiced in all day to day activities whether it is eating, talking, walking, doing any work, any household chores etc. With mindful living I have come to realize that how beautiful this world and the people living in this world are.
